How I spent a memorable evening

Ok … You are a genius if you can guess what we are trying to say in this video.

Now, this is a photo story ( a collection of photos that are supposed to give a coherent story ) we made up for Acumen, our intra departmental culturals.

This is how I spent an evening blissfully surrounded by good friends, taking photos, roaming around and having incredible fun. In fact, I almost felt like the other gautham for a while ;) .Moi’s responsible for most of the photos+editing+music. The other people in the gang were, Karthick, Gumba, Guru, Gopi, RML.

The Joy of Minesweeping

Now, this may sound dumb . Remember that default game that you never gave much notice ? MINESWEEPER :mrgreen: .Yup, the very same. Some of you may already have begun playing Minesy long ago. Many of you may have clicking around the board to have just some fun and watch with satisfaction watch all the bombs go kaboom !!! :D . Now, today as a tribute to the wonderful yet remarkably simple game, I made an video and How-to.

Now how did my metamorphosis came about ? All due to my good friend Raj. I always knew that Minesweeper was something about probability, but did not get interested probably because I hate probablitly. ( For further details, refer MY POEM ;) ).

Our ConTRAPtion

When we first heard that we there was going to be a contraption competition going to be held in our college I was pleasantly surprised . Me and my friend had already tried our hand at Contraption before but failed miserably. Now this time we started again with three other trusty companions.

A contraption is essentially a series of processes that take place sequentially like a ball rolling and knocking a series of dominoes which then switches on a switch. While we din’t have the bountiful resources of those of the Honda accord one or that rather annoying ta-da-di-pa-ti-da-pi :shock: , we embarked on a quest in creating something way more simpler, and cheaper. Here I will tend to list the steps and the processes we used mainly to help anyone make a contraption.

ARTIST :

Mithoon Sharma was born on Jan 11, 1986), the son of Naresh Sharma who has scored background music for more than 200 movies it is no surprise that his music seriously rocks. Mithoon started out by incorporating Pakistani music into Indian films. ‘Woh lamhe’ in Zeher was one hell of a chartbuster.. He is also behind the song ‘Aadat‘ from Kalyug.
